FIRE INCIDENT: LAGOS AIRPORT HOTEL BUILDING NOT AFFECTED

The building of the prominent Lagos Airport Hotel Ikeja was not affected by fire incident on Thursday night.

Our source confirmed that the fire incident affected Tour Africa Transport Company office within the airport hotel premises close to the main gate while three vehicles were also gutted by the resultant fire.

"The hotel buiding was not affected in anyway and there was no case of any injuries during the fire incident", our source disclosed.

The Public Affairs Officer of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, (LASEMA),Nosa Okunbor said the prompt arrival of the fire service and the LASEMA response team saved the situation and stopped the fire from escalating.

Lagos Airport Hotel is a member company of O’dua group of companies and a pace setter hotel.

The hotel has 277 rooms comprising one Monarchial Suite, several Presidential Suites, Executive Suites, Business Suites, Luxury Rooms, Classic Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, Flats 1 & 2, Standard and Executive double rooms.
