The Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC) has confirmed that the flag off of the 2019 Easter Pilgrimage to Israel will take place on 2nd June, 2019 at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.

The Executive Secretary of the Commission, Rev. Uja Tor Uja in a statement disclosed that the Commission will hold a Conference for Christian Pilgrimage Leaders and Mangers in Nigeria on the 31st May, 2019 to put in place all necessary arrangement for a successful 2019 Pilgrimage Exercise.

He confirmed that about four International Airports have been designated for the airlift of intending pilgrims to the Holy Land for the 2019 Easter Pilgrimage which include Port Harcourt International Airport, Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos and Aminu International Airport, Kano.

The Executive Secretary advice all intending pilgrims to be good Ambassador of Nigeria as they embark on the pilgrimage exercise.

The NCPC Boss informed that the Commission will also hold a pre-flag off thanksgiving service on Sunday 2nd June, 2019 at the NCPC Chapel by 8:30am.

The Commission assures all intending Pilgrims and Stakeholders in the Christian pilgrimage project that all logistics have been put in place in Israel for a hitch free pilgrimage operation this year.
